so a couple days ago i went looking online for the workouts the victorias secret models do so i can get into shape for the summer

i ended up finding this really cool thing

its a detox diet. i dont know if i am capable of doing it though

you go on this diet.. its a drink that you drink for 10 days.. and you dont eat a thing. its made of lemonade, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. you drink it and the lemon cleanses your body, the maple syrup makes up for the lost sugar your losing from having no food, and the cayenne pepper increases your metabolism. this drink completely detoxifies your body of literally EVERYTHING. by the end you end up losing weight from all the disgusting crap and excess fat, and you start craving more vegetables because there arent toxins to make you want to eat bad stuff.

i dont know if i really want to.. the girl who posted this drink also gave like a complete workout that lasts an hour.. its like really intense and i dont know how she does that every day. but i might just do the work out since you dont really have to workout while your drinking the lemonade.

however, since last summer i have officially gained 20 pounds. i dont know why but i dont really mind because its nice not being a twig. i love having really strong legs haha.. and its not like i have a beer belly or huge love handles so i might just do that workout only. but the thing is im gonna have to spend all my time with nina and natalie so they can make sure i dont eat anything. i fucking hate not being able to eat.
