This is how my picture came out. Now, since i copy the rose to PSP do i do anything there with this Rose.From your tutorial the way i understood you only copy the rose in psp and then do the frame with a new image you opened. I am new to psp and Animation. But i kow how to make pixels putting name, snow, glitter on them.I also already know how to work with layers.Thanks.
