question about animated backgrounds

Hello, I just downloaded a trial of psp 7 and basically I have no idea what I'm doing. So, I was hoping that someone could explain simply how to put text on something already animated, like a sayclub background? when I tried at Animation Shop I got this
with the text jumping around. How do you get the text in the same place on every frame? I just got all this today and am clueless so I hope it's not too complicated :P
