Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on this community. I hope everyone is doing well. Anyways, I have a question to ask. While I was on my computer desktop, I probably had too many files/links/websites opened at the time. This included PSP7. Then, all of a sudden, the Tool Palette went out of place. Have you tried just dragging it down with the mouse?

Yes I have and it fails to not work every single time. I've probably tried this for about 10 minutes. I'm seriously about to cry :( I can't design, I can't do anything now..:( :( :(

try this:

On your menu bar ... View -> Toolbars. Then uncheck the box for the tool palette. That should remove it from being visible. Once that's done, repeat the steps but this time check the box by tool palette and see if it resets it to where it should be.
