Holy shit

Alarm went off at 5:30 - lead the parade of doggies to the front door - there's 2 cars out front instead of just one because Kelsey's home - and I go to unlock the door but I SWEAR TO GOD I saw someone run out from between the cars, and now i'm sitting here with the doors all locked, the outdoor xmas lights on, waiting for the sun to come up and continually feeling like I'm being watched. I did let the dogs out - and they didn't bark at anything - so I'm SURE I just saw a shadow move - it's POURING out - both dogs look like they've been dunked in a pool from their trip outside. Not to mention both kids are home, so it's not like I'm in the house alone like I have been. Still. I'm creeped out.

Kelsey came home yesterday for the holidays, and was in a very quiet mood, and kept getting texts and doing the deep sigh thing. At dinner, though, she started to open up, and it was just that she had to say goodbye to Eddie today, and was sad. She let me ask some questions, and showed off photos of him, and photos he's taken (he does photography to get some extra cash, and he's pretty good). And talked about how he came from CA to Salem for the hockey team, and how the NHL sucks, and how she feels bad cause there's some new freshman taking the attention away, using all these sports terms that I swear she didn't know a couple of weeks ago. And she is glowing, and saying that she can't believe that SHE finally met a nice guy. He comes home from CA on the 28th and she's going back to Salem to say hi when he does, before she heads to CA.  :)

Kelsey and HOCKEY!!  LOL! Not that I should laugh, I liked hockey in college (probably because of the guys) - and I fell in love with football because of a friend.  <3

Mentioned the drug interaction thing to the people on the meningioma group on FB that I'm part of - and apparently I'm not the only one that didn't know those 2 shouldn't go together. Ick.

Team dinner tonight at the 99s - whoo hoo. It should be fun, but I'd rather come home and have dinner with the kids.

Tyler has his last physical with his pediatrician today. My babies aren't babies anymore.  =)
