Bloody noses last night and this morning on and off.  Did I take nose spray yesterday?  Don't remember.  Didn't this morning.  Nose VERY dry and burning like if it were -10 outside and I just went out of a warm house into that.  Prednisone almost done, don't feel any relief in terms of opening up my breathing.

Wonder - down to one Prednisone a day now - pain coming back to joints/body.

Dammit.  Just realized forgot ALL my meds this morning.
