Setting goals

Giving out ice cream at work at noon, and showing the inauguration on the television screens - kinda cool.  Still, weird vibes abound around here, and everyone is skittish and uncomfortable.

My assignment this week for my Fibro self help class is to set a goal, in the format of what, when, how long, and confidence level on a scale of 1-10.   Directly from my essay:

My targets deal with reducing the pain by doing the one thing I know works, even if it is temporary - because of the fatigue, I go to sleep at night intending to start my day with Yoga and feel good, but on waking I'm so exhausted the last thing I can motivate myself to do is change and exercise, which means I have pain at work, which increases stress.  I need to break this cycle.

WHAT: Do my yoga four times this week, including the early mornings before work
WHEN: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
HOW LONG: 20-30 mins
CONFIDENCE: 8 out of 10
I managed to get that done today.  =D  Body pain wise, definitely a help.  Gotta work on the fatigue.
