Pork chops

More herbs are coming from the farm - tonight was a thick pork chop grilled with chopped sage, lemon, pepper and olive oil marinade, with grilled zucchini. I'm going to figure out something new to do with eggplant. Stuffed, perhaps. Same stuff from the farm this week, with the exciting addition of a handful of cherry tomatoes as a sign of things to come.
