Grill, broil, sautee

Yesterday: Eggplant got cut up into half-inch slices, brushed with vinaigrette, and grilled. Squash was cut in half, brushed with same, also grilled. Came out perfect.

Today is broiled trout with dill and lemon juice (can't get the grill started) and sauteed green beans and broccoli with a carribean jerk sauce. I tried blackening the beans in butter but it didn't quite work - good nonetheless.

I splurged on goat cheese - tomorrow is arugula, goat cheese and a cilantro-lime dressing, and any old thing on the grill, probably kielbasa.
