Writer's Block: Santa Claus is coming to town
I really don't remember anymore.
I know that I have known for a long time.
It was hard not to. with our slim budget.
It was enough that mom would surprise me with things I never thought I'd get, without having it be from a man in a sleigh.
I do remember asking how he delivers to people without chimneys (how many semi-/urban blacks do you know with a chimney?) and mom came up with something. I don't think I bought it.
My sibs are asking questions now, and mom is still coming up with clever answers.
Did you know Santa has a distribution center in Minnesota? ;-)
