*purr*

I was at Ralph Lauren last weekend, and bought my first pair of size 6 shorts. *HAPPY ENDZONE DANCE* They fit BEAUTIFULLY!

I'm a size 6. I can't believe it. I didn't think this was -possible-. I'm down to about 135-ish right now - hard to tell exactly, because my bathroom scale is a little squirrelly. *considers picking up another one of those fancy Weight Watcher digital scale dealies*

A couple days later I was at Costco. I've been in the market for a new swimsuit because my old one, a size 12, is much too loose on me (gee, I wonder why.) At Costco, they had a big display of Speedo 1-piece swimsuits for $20 near the door. I still don't quite have a bikini body, so that was the type of suit I was looking for. I was STOKED to find that the smallest size they had was a 6.

There was a time I was too big to buy clothing in a lot of stores. Express or Gap? Forget about it! Now, one size smaller, and I'd have been too -small!- (well, ok, it was just one enormous pile of swimsuits, but still. Wearing the smallest size offered!!!)

For the record, I still eat Chips Ahoy cookies like they were free. XDD (and I have discovered the secret to the best way to eat them: refrigerate them. This solidifies the chocolate chips, so you get the texture of firm chocolate too when you eat the cookie. It's a pleasant and chilled contrast to the crunch of the cookie part - yum.)
