And. Despite the rough start, I ended up having a productive night. Actually. Come to think of it, my night turned around after I had my dinner date with the chanties.... Coincidence? I think not! Lovely chanties!
Anyhow, I still don't have a single clue about what's going to happen in the first half of next week, but at least I'm fairly well prepared for most eventualities. And hopefully one of those eventualities will involve me laying in the middle of vast and fertile plains, staring up at an inky black sky shot through with silvery veins of light. Though Leo doesn't rise until well past the peak, it will easily still be better than any cityside meteor shower, yes?
