ahaha, well, i don't have any other historical evidence for it. it's just the vibe i get from what Renault writes; but i guess being conquered by thighs could be either way, you know? like, the thighs could be around alexander's hips and he loses control because of heph's powers as a bottom? i dunno. i just like to think about a powerful man like alexander being dominated no where except for in the bedroom with his best friend Hephaistion :D

It's funny, because I was just wondering the same thing when I had watched the movie yesterday and they had mentioned "conquered by Hephaistion's thighs" . I, on the other hand, had always gotten the vibe that it was Alexander who 'topped' Hephaistion. But hey, back to the topic at hand... =P

Great fic! I adore your writing. It's faaar better than most fics I've read up-to-date. Great job =)!

it's a question for the ages, isn't it :D i think movieverse hephaistion is definitely a bottom. but for some reason i can't see it that way when i'm reading renault :P

Thank you so much for reading and commenting! i'm very very glad you enjoyed this :)

This website might interest you; I know I learned a lot!

This is a website of a historian and is very informative without being overly wordy.

I really do love how you portray Alexander, and especially Hephaistion.
