(no subject)
I have to say Gaiman is simply an amazing author. I wasn't impressed with Smoke and Mirrors, but im not a "short story" kinda guy. And i started off being unimpressed by anansi boys, so i put it down, started it again, and it's almost like i "got" it. fantastic book, dark and funny and his characters and hats are wonderful etc.
unfortuinately i seem to have run out of his books so im going to start with umm. stupid pile of unread books making my decisions more dificult. im thinking Orwell or Brite. Probably Brite as i dont think im awake enough to deal with Orwell, no, Herodotus! thats the creamy ticket.
i called in sick work yesterday as i was too tired, and my sleeping is going off it a bit again, i think i may unplug the computer for a while, stop playing games til 5am
it will all be better when i have my new bed... of dooooom
