Update time!
Let's see... Most recently me and Tashina became franchise owners of a company called quixtar.com. What we basically do for them is buy their products, at a discount (10% to 30% usually), and advertsie and market them by word of mouth and whatnot. But not only do we market and sell these products to people but we also get paid by the company to buy them. Since we just started out, we only get 3% of what we spend back, 25% is the maximum, but seeing we get stuff at a discount and we get paid for it I think it is pretty nifty. And not only that, we can buy stuff from partner stores, which include places such as Barnes and Nobles, Circuit City, Office Depot, Bass Pro Shops, The Disney Store, and roughly 3000 other stores, sometimes for a discount and get paid for the purchases we make there as well. We also help try to get other people involved in this business whenever possible. Not only does this help our business grow but it helps other people because you get discounts and money back on stuff you would already buy at a normal store, things such as toilet paper, toothpaste, clothes, milk, etc..., which I think is just plain cool.
At my real job, I am now making $9.25 per hour and have been getting roughly 10 hours per week, maybe more if its a busy week. A few of my bosses have started relying on me to be there more than ever and one of them even requested me to be on her crew because of my work ethic, reliability and accuracy. One of my supervisors wants me to learn how to use the portable so I can run store inventories. I do not really know about that part but whatever. I could do it but with school coming up I do not think it would be wise for it to be so.
With regards to Tashina, I just am not sure right now... I try to arrange get togethers between us that are not related to the business and just me and her so we can talk things out but things have been coming up like crazy for her and rarely has time for me let alone be alone with me. I really want to get some things worked out between us but it is hard when everything else takes priority.
