This happy little character is (a crude approximation of) the polypeptide AsnIleCysLysine, or - to use the single-letter abbreviations - NICK.
My model set from o-chem last year is rather limited, so I had to fudge it a little. The sulfur (green ball) should have a single hydrogen attached, and there should be an additional hydrogen on all of the nitrogens (blue bits) that look like they're missing pieces. The oxygens on the end (red balls) are resonating between single and double bonds (even after co-opting
julieclipse's model set, I don't have enough red double-bond pieces).
I wanted to make AsnIleCysLysIleSerGlyArgGluAlaThreonine, but ran out of atoms.
