so i joined the YMCA last saturday. i started going this week. i've worked out 6 times in 5 days.
Mon-Pilates class (60 minutes)
Tuesday-elliptical machine (20 minutes)
Wednesday-Yoga class (am 60 minutes) and crosstrainer (pm 30 minutes)
Thursday-crosstrainer (35 minutes)
Friday-pilates dvd at home (45 minutes)
SO, my body is really sore but i feel really good. i am trying to workout everyday for 30 days at first, so i can make it a habit, then go 4-5 times a week. i'm still in school, so they gave me the student rate $25/month....which isn't bad.
there are 2 weddings this fall...and i am in one of them. i have to get in shape...and just be more happy in general!
