It is very hard to reconcile Atheism with the concept of "love at first sight". The only way to do this is to completely abandon one of these essential beliefs.
In the long run, it means I will abandon both. I do not like uncertainty, my universe will always be better in black and white. If I were to see color, it would destroy my little dog brain. A toy Australian Shepherd understands the world in a way that no believer in logic ever could.
