Nikola's home (currently) is an old manor house outside a very small town in Scotland. Cleopatra may find it a bit chilly, but Nikola hardly notices anymore.
He keeps hold of her hand as they step through the threshold that normally leads from his lab into a long, stone hallway, decorated in mostly authentic mid-nineteenth century style.
It is, of course, fully wired for electricity.
