I know, I haven't seen enough of the Heroes TV series to have much of an opinion of it. I'm a Numb3rs man myself.

And it really is weird how that doll stuff translates into the games. I mean, I've seen several games that have very complicated missions and scenarios where the only purpose is to get a t-shirt or hat or something for your avatar to wear, and half of those aren't even MMOs.

I think when those services went online, the number of animated gif avatars on the internet tripled overnight.
