Interesting time at work.
I pull into upto the yard and some people are there getting their vehicle out from my roomie/coworker. As they're done paying, he asks me to open the gates to the yard and pull the wrecker out so they can leave. I go and do so, and as I park the towtruck, he comes running out and says there's someone in another vehicle, pull the truck in and block them in.
I pull in and block the car in as the guy starts it and throws it into reverse, he can't get around the truck so he shuts it off and climbs out. I had gotten out of the truck, pulled a long metal bar (used for jackin dollies) out and stood behind his car (intending to fuck his brand new monte up if he tried pulling out over me.) When he got out, I dropped the bar.
My roomie and the guy start yelling at each other, he was trespassing and was going to jail, I tell my roomie to go into the office and call the cops, so he does. The guy then turns and starts kicking muddy puddle water at me, I step up to him and tell him to fuckin quit or I'd toss him out on his ass.. he grabs me by my hoodie and tells me to try. The moment he grabbed me, I swung an overhand and jacked him in the eye, he pulls me to him and gets me in a headlock, and I start throwing punches at his gut.
Next thing I know, my roomie comes out of the office and slams into us, throwing punches at his head. We scuffle around, slamming into a car, then landing on the ground.. I'm blind and entangled in my hoodie, and can only hope I'm punching him in the kidneys and not my room mate. I pull myself out of my hoodie, stand up behind them both, and land a kick to this asshole's nuts as hard as I fucking could with my LL Bean winter boots.. his ass lifted off the ground at least 2 feet.
After that, we have the guy tangled up on the ground, I can FINALLY pull out my cell phone and call the cops and tell them the trespassing has turned into an assault.. the guy finally stops resisting and lays down, the cops come and cuff him.
Problem here is, his buddies sat there and saw the whole thing, they didn't interfer and kept telling him to stop resisting.. but all 3 claim I had hit him with the metal bar. So if we press trespassing/assault charges on him, he's gonna press felonious assault charges on me. So we both decide to drop the charges, and they leave.
For our troubles, I have a small gash above my eye and swelling alongside my nose that I'm sure will turn a lovely color. He had blood streaming all down his face, black eye, bloody lips, kidney punches and a shot to the nuts that's going to hurt in the morning..
