Dental work

I just got my wisdom tooth pulled and a root canal. Unlike the States, dentists in Japan use a general anesthetic (sort of like suped-up Anbesol) instead of rendering you unconscious while they work. No morphine for later, either.

Needless to say, I am in copious amounts of pain.
