I fasted today, and it went very well. I went to the meal after the fast and the only people i knew either ignored me or were involved in planning it, so i made friends with a young egyptian couple who were really awesome. The guy wanted me to tell him every arabic word i knew. He said "what's your name??" and i said it in english and he said no now say that sentence in arabic.. it was funny. He introduced me to his wife and i said "tashurafna" which means nice to meet you and they had a good laugh. Arabic speakers seem to love it when they find out i know arabic, it's really awesome. Makes me miss Larry and messing around in Holy Land.. bah. Before that i studied with Radwa and we aced our oral. I also learned a lot about her and stuff and i am very excited to have such a cool new friend. I have to finish writing my 8 page paper for tomorrow uugh and i've had 2 midterms already this week, and 2 more next week. But i need something in life to do and although i hate school i must admit i love to learn.

It must be impossible to believe that someone could actually care about someone so much that they would disregard temptation. I guess i'm not worthy of that kind of love? As if i'm not already paranoid enough. Thanks.
