It has been unseasonably cold here lately. It doesn't even seem like we had a summer. I think it only got above 90 degrees a couple of day this summer. We barely got any swimming in :(

So I finally made a decision about what to do for school... with a week to spare! I graduated with my associates in business in the spring, at first I was going to go on to WMU and get my bachelors, then I freaked out about moving on the big university and decided to stay at the Community college and get my associates degree in accounting as well. I was enrolled in classes, had financial aid all set up and even bought the books! I logged on the other day and my financial aid had been dropped, and my classes been dropped because of non payment, and all the classes are now full. I guess because I graduated I'm not eligible for financial aid unless I do a bunch of paperwork, but I'm out of time to get any of that done. So I logged onto my WMU account to see what they offered me for financial aid, and it turned out that I got enough to cover tuition, and I managed to find 3 night classes that were still open. I got enrolled just in time and my books are on their way. I'll be getting my bachelors in Management, or HR management, with a minor in business and psychology (I already have the psychology minor from my first round of college 10 years ago when I was working toward a Psych major). So thats the plan, I hope it doesn't change anymore. I'm tired of being fickle. I'm excited about finally making the decision to get my bachelors degree, but I'm not at all excited about going to WMU, it's so expensive, and I'm sure I'll have to take out loans for next years, and parking is overpriced and impossible to find. But I really truely want my bachelors and this is the best way to get it, so here goes nothing!

Caleb is getting excited to start Kindergarten. He's already had 2 years of school so this day doesn't seem as major as it should to me. I did take the morning off to take him to his first day though. We get to go on Tuesday and meet his teacher and see his classroom. I'm excited to see what this year holds for him.
