i've been alternating b/n angry and super depressed and just generally feeling like crap today.
i blame it on my manstrul cycle.
or the fact that i've been off my medication since tuesday.
anyway
i've been signing and dating forms with my left hand today, which is my non-dominant one.
it is a feasibility investigation. and because i need something to take my mind off. and to challenge my brain.
