I just made a postcard like an hour ago which was something along lines of wishing somebody would tell me they appreciated me.
My brother asked me the time a minute ago and the conversation went something as followed;

"Lucy."
"Yes?"
"Thank you for telling me the time"
"Why?"
"I really appreciate it"
"..why?"
"I think it was a really nice thing to do and I appreciate it. Thank you"

And it wasn't sarcasm. What is going on?
