that came up as a suggested Subject, so i'm taking it. at one point i must have been enthused about dragons.
I started what is going to be (I think) a very long comic. I don't know what it's about yet. There's a quest, a fat one, and a radio lady in a swimming pool, but i only work on this when i have no idea what to do, and i'm only happy with a panel when it makes me laugh or snort and shake my head, so we'll see where it goes. it's so much fun. meanwhile working on collating 4 or maybe 5 books for APE next week. paper and staples and cutting and folding.
and oh lord, i got these stools from a beautiful screenprinter up on guemes island, http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5015798, and they are so beautiful and perfect i can't stand it!
they're all hand carved, welded, screen printed, laser etched....really amazing work.
i can feel winter brain starting to move in. things should get more interesting around here then. oh winter. you sure are not summer.
