I'm not dead, really.
Sorry for disappearing off the face of the planet there for the past few weeks. School kind of ate me and spit me back out.
I...actually don't have any homework today for once, so I'm kind of lost and have no idea what to do. SO I DECIDED TO GIVE YOU GUYS A BUNCH OF RANDOM UPDATES ON MY LIFE.
- EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE IS GONE GONE GONE GONE.
That was seriously the stupidest love polygon I've ever been in, and my involvement in it is now over. (Has been for a little over a week now, actually.) I thought all the drama ended yesterday, but apparently not. Whatever. NOT MY PROBLEM.
- AOD was this weekend. Good Lord, I love my friends and they are all awesome and fun and awesome.
I know it seemed a little like I hated cons during SF Con because I'm so fucking awkward, but I really do love them. I just have to be with friends first before I can really enjoy them. Con atmospheres are always bubbly and happy and nerdy and...actually, it's a lot like school. /dies laughing
I bought this wonderful hand-made notebook (it's beautiful and well-crafted, et cetera; and best of all, it really reflects me. The girl who was selling it was like "Ohhhh you're buying the adventurer notebook! How I love you, adventurer notebook. Good bye, adventurer notebook." XD) and a Homestuck print from ph1shf00d, who was totally rad and really fun to fanboy with.
I kind of want to go to WonderCon next, but if I go, I may be intruding on the aforementioned relationship drama brewing in my social circle. I don't really want to be in the middle of that. Like, at all. I avoided almost everyone for a week because I didn't want to deal with it, okay.
Either way, I've never been to a big con before...
BUT KINTOKI-CON!! A friend who lives near me offered to drive a bunch of us up to Sacramento to go to Kintoki-Con and I have until March 1 to prereg. It's in June, so I don't really see any potential conflicts...
