I am usually amused by elephants in the room. That is to say, I am sure I would be amused should a real elephant appear in the room where I am, but I am also definitely amused when a topic accidentally comes up in conversation and both the other party and myself just choose to ignore it, both now knowing it's there, lurking ominously in the background. It's even better when an excuse has to be made before it can be properly ignored. For added fun: wait for awhile, and then start throwing in oblique references to it in conversation. (100)
