There is DEFINITELY some overlap. My girl has been post-transition for 3 years and is constantly asking questions like "is my forehead bigger?" "are you sure my nose looks the same?" Despite the hormones, she's terrified of masculinizing-- which isn't even possible as long as she stays on anti-androgens.

You might point out to Anna that a lot of models don't have much in the way of hips, either.

Anna's butt will almost definitely change in shape when she starts HRT due to fat redistribution. She'll likely look pretty different everywhere, face included. She'll get breasts, too. (To figure out what size she'll be, take whatever her mom and/or sisters are and subtract a cup size or so. This doesn't always hold true, but it's a good general rule of thumb.) My gf actually has a really hot ass, and she says it was totally flat before transition.

How old is Anna? If she's still in her early twenties, there's a chance she might get some hips. The male skeletal system isn't totally done growing until the mid to late twenties. My girlfriend has some hips (she started HRT at 22), though they're small.
