Welcome to Chelsea's journal! Unfortunately my journal is not open to the public so this journal is FRIENDS ONLY. If you want to be my friend there are only two simple rules that you have to follow.
Don't worry, I am a very nice person once you get to know me! I might be a little hyper sometimes so you should think twice. HAHA! Just kidding! Anyways, here are the rules;
