I'm taking a couple liberties with this story.
1) SPD is allowed to time travel for personal use
2) they stopped erasing people's memories
There's a past event mentioned in here. I will eventually write about it, but I need to move forward in time before I can go back to that. Hopefully it will make sense when you read it.
