What a week
Today I was informed that due to budget problems at work they will not be renewing my contract. That is right, on June 30th, the day after my birthday, they will be terminating my employment at the university.
I already have a few prospects lined up for something within the university, as the IT service group has showed some interest in me and what I have been doing.
What a shitty end to a shitty week. But just like Gloria Gaynor I will survive.
