Hard boiled egg and tomato slices! A nice change, for once. :)
How local was it? 100%.
Lunch
Pepperettes.
How local was it? 100%. But not very balanced! Meh, I was driving around. ;)
Tea
I went to visit Andraena in the afternoon, and she gave me local garlic AND a loaf of bread. So when I got home, I had myself a real afternoon delight: fresh bread, butter, the rest of the blueberry reduction from last week, and a big cup of tea. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!! My first bread in two weeks, and it was amazing. :)
How local was it? The bread was made from Arva flour, in Mike's breadmaker, so at least 90% local, I'd say (yeast, etc. unknown). That's awesome!!! And the rest, except for the tea (exception list), was 100% local.
Dinner
Swiss chard, onion and egg scramble.
