Amazon, please, for the love of god put your sign in button somewhere I can bloody well see it - and the tiny piece of script that says "sign-in"? That's the bit that should link you to the sign in page not "to get personalised recommendations" IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!
Also, why does amazon.com not have my debit card on it? Why did I have to figure this out after spending nearly an hour looking at books and finally coming to a decision?
