I wasn't going to post again this week, but I was off-work with a cold yesterday and fic resulted:

Warnings: angsty; set sometime after the 2007 movie, so spoilers for the Mission City battle at the end of the first film, but nothing thereafter. Also: unbetaed, and I’m not at my best so apologies

painfully beautiful. this is lovely. i have the same question as the others, though-was Jazz physically there with him, or only in Spark? either way, i love this. =^.^=

I think that question more or less has to be answered by the reader. I'm honestly not sure which answer is the better one. Either way, I think Prowl would want to see where the battle happened and lay the shared memories haunting him to rest. And either way, I'm sure Jazz wouldn't leave him to do it alone - in person, in spark or just as an echo in his bondmate's processor, Jazz would find a way to be there.
