Almost the road home...
Got the word today to have folks stop sending letters and packages starting March 20. Anything postmarked after that date will be re-routed to RI.
This is good we think.
It's gone from sandy to muddy. Rains almost every day. It's hell on convoys and roads keep getting washed out. (dont be fooled by this one nice stretch in the picture) The missions are getting longer but the upside is that 6 days outside the wire time flies bye.
The official party line is still early May wheels down in Georgia.
