I'm talking about quick leafy breezes, crisp mornings, and early moonlit evenings.
The Phils close out the regular season, as the best team in baseball, in Fulton County; right now. Chally's line-up is his regular one, it seems he doesn't wish to make things too easy on Bobby Cox. In other news, the 'Skins are in town for a quick visit. Hopefully the Bird's will make it entirely forgettable for them.
Tomorrow happens to be the last day of this year's Oktoberfest in Munchen, the 200th anniversary. It is only the 177th incarnation, due to certain , mmm, extra-curricular activities.
So I will suggest that today is a perfect opportunity for you to enjoy the end of summer before the weather goes south. Go out and settle under a nice oak or beech with a nice cold pilsner, and order yourself some wurst and 'kraut.
