Vacation
Today, I head out to the beach house where I will live for three blissful weeks. Originally, I was going to do it without leaving the island but then a co-worker ended up with extra tickets to Bruce at Giant Stadium Monday night. Since I've never seen him, I'm going!
I can't believe I've made it to my vaca without killing or maiming anyone.
There will still have to be a little bit of work here and there, but hey, working on the deck with the outside speakers blaring and a drink next to me is juuust fiiiine.
This first week is just my friend Amy and me. Next Sunday, The Kid comes out and stays for the last two weeks. Holy cow this is gonna be fan-fucking-TAStic!!
