I've been working on the martial-arts section of our screening test. Here's what I came up with:
Name/House/Year
Martial arts experience (how many years, who taught you, what style)
Any specialized training (weapons, etc)
Strengths and weaknesses (kicks, stances, grappling, endurance, footwork, etc)
Other factors that might affect your training
How is your part going?
