It was Miss Lacus Clyne, our prefect! Apparently, she made the charm to sparkle herself, but ended up 'accidentally' hitting Mr. Grimmjow and Neji...those who needed it the most, in my opinion. XD

Is that so??? I'll have to ask her how to do it! That's a great recreational spell, as well as a good tactical spell for use in tagging one's opponent!
