So, it looks like I'm going to be Friar Lawrence in a production of "Romeo and Juliet!"
No, there wasn't an audition. It was simply a matter of expressing interest to the right people. Still, I'm excited and think I'll do a pretty good job. Mom says it's a logical extension of my playing Doc in "West Side Story," but I think Lawrence is more. . . stupid? Malicious? Both? Bueller?
