(no subject)
Tomorrow I have a field trip in math. We're going to the Science Center in Balboa Park. (ironic, I know) I remember in elementary school I went so many times I was really sick of it. I never would have thought I would be excited to go there again. I hope it will be fun. Has anyone been there recently? I haven't. I really love the IMAX's. They are the best part. (nerdy, I know).
Today I had a track meet against OLP. It was fun because I actually go to race. I did get last, but I was on the A heat and they are all super duper fast. I started off well. We have to use blocks. Your basically crouching on the ground with these. They use them in the Olympics if you've ever seen that. I even managed to do 200m (half a lap) in 36 seconds, which isn't bad at all! :) I can officially say I run track. I have completed a race. This is a big accomplishment for I have had really bad shin splints (I still do).
