I've been going to school for ... well, lets not count, how about we just say "a long time", and leave it at that? School, re-starts the 22. I said i was taking the summer off to practice math, and chemistry - and i didn't do much of either. So since i haven't gotten a head's start, i'll just have to do this ye-old-fashion way.
Thus begins the count down to degree ville. T Minus Calc 2, Calc 3, Linear Algebra, Diff Equ, and Gen Chem. Obviously, these classes can not be taken all at the same time, but as fate would have it, you can take linear alg while your in calc 2 and gen chem! that would leave one thermostatically horrible semester and one rough one.
Here's to forming new habits. Some things to get done by next year:
Kick Soda to the curb (yes, farewell rockstar, redbull, and other misc energy goddess's)
Jog on a regular basis, preferably 2 - 3 times a week if not more (knee willing)
Completely learn, memorize and accurately finish homework daily.
save up some money, a goal of over 2k (aprox 40 per week) is a good start from things like packing a lunch, reducing discretionary fund's, and dare i say it,even staying at home and reading a book from the library.
Seeing as there is a lot of homework, and memorization - this shouldn't be hard to reduce spending. Finding a way of thinking of it as a reward instead of a labors chore - that's the challenge.
Here you'll find the amusing recounts of my progress towards getting a degree, certificate, and career in whatever i can do at the end of the road. Brace for impact, cuz were going to ramming speed!
