So huh. When was the last time I actually said something that made sense on this thing? Probably a long time ago. But since then I've learned things about myself. Things I never thought were possible. Things that may have ruined me because they make no sense. Okay, well, they make sense, but I still don't like it.
Basically, Young Adult literature. I'm taking the class and have been doing a fair amount of reading (four books so far, and like 8 more, but they're easy reads), and they haven't been so bad. First was The Chocolate War which wasn't so bad. Had a very unsatisfying ending, but overall it was pretty good. Then Harry Potter. I don't think any comments on that are necessary. Then I read my extra book, due to needing to present, called The Curious Incident of the dog in the Night-Time. Which was about an autistic boy out to solve a dog's murder! It was weird, but good.
And then. Well, and then we read Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. And... I liked it. I really wish I didn't but I did. A lot more than I should have. Today we're watching the movie in class I think. That should prove to be something.
We're reading A Separate Peace next. Anyone read this? I've heard it's good, and am looking forward to reading it.
