the cloverleaf mall carnival out of nowhere!
I have a new I-Mockery piece up this week, about the mysterious carnival that showed up in the Cloverleaf Mall parking lot last week. There are lots of goofy pictures, so if you enjoy those "photo adventure" pieces, this is definitely something you would enjoy. The piece was Farked yesterday, but traffic should be back to a point now where it will load at a decent speed. Thanks to Rachael and Scott for taking all of the pictures!
The amount of positive feedback I've been getting on my recent I-Mockery pieces has been growing steadily, so I'm either becoming a better/funnier writer, or the site's traffic is increasing, and either way this is a very good thing.
Also, I saw Grindhouse over the weekend and it's easily the most awesome thing I have seen this year so far (and I really enjoyed 300). I was extremely disappointed to learn that it did so poorly on its opening weekend and came in 4th place behind at least two shite films. This may be one of those "word of mouth" kind of movies, so I'm here to tell you it KICKS ASS and if you don't go fucking see it, the terrorists will win. This is something that definitely needs to be experienced in the theater, as a lot of the jokes and funny gimmicks just won't carry over to DVD nearly as well.
