After staring at the screen for a while, hardly believing what she saw him write, she got up, and got an extra jacket that she had lying around, and went to the usual spot that he was always in when she went over. She knocked. "Uh, Proto?"

[OoC: THEY HAVE TO WIND UP HUGGING SOMEHOW.]

A minute later the door opened, and there stood a very human Proto; he was the same height as usual and had a pair of shades covering his eyes, but other than that, he was hardly recognizable as the annoying red robot he normally was. He was kind of slouching, dressed in street clothes, and looked generally mortified.

"...Hi," he said, shivering a little. "I know I look stupid. Don't even start."

[OOC: YES I WAS THINKING THE EXACT SAME THING.]

She was torn between laughing and . . . well, laughing. She restrained, though, because she did have some sympathy for him, although she was mostly still speechless about how- nice he was.

She held out the sweater to him. "Actually, you'd probably be surprised."

He took the sweater and pulled it on as fast as he could, knocking his shades askew in his hurry. Wincing as they pinched his nose, he pulled them off and righted them, scowling.

"...How do you stand it, anyway?" he asked, motioning vaguely. "Y'know. All of it?"
