They're saying someone's been killed around here? Everyone's getting worked up about it, and even though I've heard people asking for the rumors to stop that's just about all people are talking about! Well, that and the ball coming up, but that's different.
I wonder if I should try investigating for myself...then again, maybe not. I've still got the sword and the gun I had when I got here, but I still don't really know how to use them well yet. It'd kind of be a dumb idea to fight someone that way.
Well, if we're really in danger, they'll tell us sooner or later. Right?

Man, it's been hectic lately. School's tougher than it sounds. Social Studies? Home Economics? I've never heard of those before. At least I know what math and art are!
And there's supposed to be some kind of party soon, isn't there? I wonder if I should go.
