Mm it's peaceful, and you know there is the saying that water is the bearer of life. [ He pauses looking back at Haku. ] So you can fly then...hm. [ Interesting he didn't see wings in your other form. ]
Your true form didn't have wings though, did it? But, ah, I guess dragons do have a certain magic to them.

Yes, my other form allows me to fly. [He looks thoughtful as he considers the question.] I hadn't thought about how flying works without wings, but somehow, it does.
[Not a very thorough answer, but it is something he hasn't thought of to explore before.]
