[At the mention of distorting memories she felt a small twist in her gut as her body tensed. What was this familiar and uncomfortable feeling? Fear. Alice didn't want anything messing with her precious memories. She had worked so hard to retrieve the memories she currently had, and nothing was going to rob her of any of them ever again.]
